Mad River Canoe recommended this in their owner's manual. I used to have a lakefront house in Lake Lenape, (Sussex County)New Jersey and the canoe was a REVOLUTION model (the largest one available which carried a family of four).
As it got faded from sitting out in the yard - 303 instantly return the deep rich Hunter Green color. You do have to keep using it though. But it only takes a few applications a year to maintain the luster. |

Amazing on Auto Paint

8 years ago I thought I'd test the restorative properties for 303 Protectant and sprayed a small 1 foot by 1 foot spot on the hood of my old retired 1970's Green Forest Service truck.
It immediately made the ancient faded paint look richer and somewhat lusterous. This truck has had a hard life - worked in the Siskyou Mountains in the snow, ice, hail then in Redding, in the 120 degree summers with little care.
Now, 8 years later the spot I treated is STILL nearly as lusterous and rich looking as it was when I first tested it - simply amazing. |
