Clean and Protect Photo Albums

We all have them ... large bound books with vinyl (or leather) covers to protect our most precious memories ..our photo albums.

Photo albums are handled infrequently and then stored for extended periods, often in heavy stacks in a bookcase or closet. Such albums are susceptible to mold, mildew and embrittlement.  Skin oils and oxidizing gases in the air attack the vinyl cover and back, which can lead to embrittlement and cracking.

One way to prevent degradation of vinyl and leather bound photo albums is to clean and then apply 303® Aerospace Protectant™.   Spray on, wipe completely dry.

This is also effective for stored or seldom worn, finished leather goods such as coats, belts and purses.
